1 teacup of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teacup with crumbled cheese
2-3 teacups of flour
Mix the flour with water, egg and salt so that the dough is not very diluted. Put the oiled baking pan on the stove until it gets hot.
When pouring the dough in the baking pan use spoon to spread iton the bottom from the center to the edge of the pan until the dough has the same shape as the pan. You can put oil on the dough again and put a second layer.
After the bottom of the “shupla” is baked on the stove, put the pan in the oven until it’s finally ready.
